- Interaction Data: records of message content, timestamps, and chatbot interactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To publish and display job advertisements to job seekers.
- To allow job seekers to contact employers directly.
- To manage job listings (create, edit, update, and delete posts).
- To comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging policies.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only as needed for service operation:
- Public Display: job details and employer contact number shown to job seekers.
- Service Providers: Meta (WhatsApp) infrastructure for messaging.
- Legal Requirements: if disclosure is required by law or needed for user safety.
4. Data Retention
We retain job posting data while listings are active. After a job is marked filled or expired, data may be archived for internal records for up to 6 months and then deleted.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt-Out: reply "STOP" to stop receiving chatbot messages.
- Data Deletion: request deletion of your phone number and active job posts by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant updates, active users may be notified via WhatsApp.
