Welcome to feef. By accessing or using our WhatsApp chatbot service for job postings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
Our service allows Employers ("Users") to submit job advertisements via WhatsApp. These advertisements, including the phone numbers provided, are then shared with job seekers through our platform to facilitate recruitment.
2. User Responsibilities (Employers)
By posting a job, you represent and warrant that:
- The information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal authority to post the job on behalf of the company.
- The job posting does not violate local labor laws, including non-discrimination and minimum wage requirements.
- You consent to your provided phone number being visible to prospective candidates.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to post content that:
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive (for example fake jobs).
- Requires job seekers to pay a fee to apply or work (unless explicitly permitted by local law).
- Contains offensive, harassing, or discriminatory language.
- Promotes multi-level marketing (MLM) or structures prohibited by WhatsApp Business policies.
4. Messaging and Opt-Out
By initiating a chat with our bot, you agree to receive automated messages regarding your job posts. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Opting out may result in automatic deletion or suspension of active job listings.
5. Limitation of Liability
feef acts solely as a platform for communication. We do not verify the identity of job seekers or the legitimacy of employers beyond standard automated checks. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from hiring decisions or interactions facilitated by the chatbot.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove any job posting or ban any user/phone number from our service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.
7. Third-Party Services
Our service operates via the WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policies while using our bot.
